Preliminary conclusions are disappointing: increasing the level of civil consciousness plays a decisive importance for existing financial and administrative conditions. It's nice, citizens, to observe how the shareholders of the largest companies, overcoming the current difficult economic situation, are turned into a laughing stock, although their very existence brings undoubted benefit to society.
